Joining is easy!

Firstly we ask everyone to complete a Membership Application. This helps us understand your interests and assists in our event planning. Once you have completed the application, the Event Manager will arrange to meet you.
When your application is approved and the initial joining fee is paid, you are welcome to attend any of the events on the calendar.

Conditions of Membership:

  1. A membership fee of $229.00 per annum is payable by members joining The Group Wellington and is non-refundable.
  2. A cancellation fee of $20.00 is payable by members who cancel a commitment within a 36 hour period prior to any event which has been organised by The Group Wellington. This will be charged to your credit card unless any other payment arrangements have been made.
  3. The Group Wellington has the right to cancel or terminate the membership of any persons whose conduct has been damaging to any other member or the reputation of The Group Wellington or if false or misleading information has been given.
  4. Any information on records or discussion with the staff from The Group Wellington by members is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
  5. The Group Wellington and its staff will not be liable for the safety of members or property when travelling to and from functions and while attending functions organised by The Group Wellington.
